Welcome to the Franklin County Public Library System

The Franklin County Public Library in Rocky Mount and the Westlake Library in Hardy will be closed Saturday, September 4, through Monday, September 6, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Both libraries will reopen on Tuesday, September 7. HAVE A SAFE AND HAPPY LABOR DAY WEEKEND! Due to budget restraints some newspapers will no longer be carried by the Franklin County Libraries. Subscriptions to New York Times, Richmond Times and Washington Post will be ending shortly.
